Position Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Reservations Department as a Switchboard Operator. The Switchboard Operator will be the first point of contact for many calls to the hotel and should always be prepared to give an excellent first impression of The Ritz London. The successful candidate will have impeccable communication skills, be confident in multitasking, and be able to assist internal and external guests. Previous experience in a similar property is essential.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for hotel calls and provide an excellent first impression of The Ritz London.
* Assist internal and external guests with inquiries and requests, demonstrating strong communication and multitasking skills.
* Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
Entry Requirements
* Relevant experience in a 5* property
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and strong organisational skills
* Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
* Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
