Job Summary
Are you a Senior Nursery Room Leader? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time basis at our Busy Bees in our Pre-school room at our Droitwich Nursery.
As a Senior Room Leader with us, you will guide and support the team by role modelling your knowledge and best practice. In this role, you may wish to enrol on a Management Qualification with our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and achieve a promotion!

Responsibilities of a Senior Room Leader at Busy Bees:
* Be the 3rd in charge at the nursery, working closely with the management team.
* As a keyworker, ensure every child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
* Take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps and supporting staff.
* Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements while guiding, coaching, and managing our team of practitioners.
* Most of all…have FUN!
Qualifications and Experience: To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
