We are seeking a GMC-registered Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with a range of mental health disorders. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and formulate treatment plans
* Diagnose and manage mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and psychotic disorders
* Prescribe and manage medications followingbest practices
* Provide therapeutic interventions where appropriate
* Work collaboratively with psychologists & therapists
* Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Must Have
* Doctor Medical Degree
* Full GMC registration with a license to practice
* Experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Valid work permit at UK
Nice to have
* Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* Additional languages
* Experience in private practice.
