The Dental Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dental practice. This position involves overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring that the practice meets its financial and operational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in both management and financial oversight, with a preference for experience in veterinary settings.
*Duties*
* Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the dental practice to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care.
* Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
* Oversee financial management tasks, including budgeting, billing, and expense tracking to maintain profitability.
* Implement human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
* Work closely with clinical team to keep compliance current and up to date.
* Collaborate with dental professionals to enhance patient experience and streamline workflows.
* Maintain accurate records of patient information and practice operations to support effective decision-making.
* Develop marketing strategies to promote the practice and attract new patients.
*Skills*
* Proven supervising experience in a healthcare or dental setting is essential.
* Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
* Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting.
* Knowledge of human resources practices, including recruitment and employee relations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
