About The Role:
We are looking for Support Workers who are:
1. a good communicator (verbally and in writing)
2. patient, confident, and enthusiastic about caring for others
3. able to use your own initiative
4. able to work as part of a team
5. flexible to work a varied shift pattern to provide 24-hour support
6. aligned with our AFG values
No prior training or experience in care is required as full training will be provided; a willingness to learn and develop is essential.
Pay: Our Support Workers receive a rate of £12.00 per hour for all worked hours. Full details of your pay will be included in your written offer once successful.
Shift Patterns:
We work flexible shifts which may include Days, Waking Nights, Sleep-ins, and Weekends.
