Cushman & Wakefield is among the largest commercial real estate services firms with revenues of $10.1 billion across core services of agency leasing, asset services, capital markets, facilities services (branded C&W Services), global occupier services, investment management (branded DTZ Investors), tenant representation, and valuations & advisory.Permanent role to form a key part of the existing Systems Management Team, providing property management expertise to ensure governance, system controls and processes are in place to accurately manage client data and minimise risk.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Acting as property management lead data manager for local administrators and estatesKey player in advising on large data mobilisations and mapping of estates data onto Tramps systemEnsuring governance around security of property management systems and banking softwareKey player in the supplier vetting project – Ensuring supplier records on Tramps are only set up with appropriate documentationActing as an advisor on behalf of the business to support interaction between property management systemsAdvising on future system development to support data improvements and efficienciesProcessing dataloads onto Tramps systemTesting of new system functionality and system upgradesWorking alongside system managers to accurately record, progress and resolve user issues/requests (system bugs, how do I type queries, performance issues, new user requests etc) with property management & banking systems.To liaise with users, internal technical support team, other team members and system provider to achieve prompt and accurate resolution of issues.Managing helpdesk email accounts & Service Desk tickets in an organised manner, logging and filing all calls accurately so other team members can follow onQualifications:A minimum of 5 GCSE passes (Grade A-C), including Maths and English.A relevant degree is ideal, but not essential.Knowledge & Experience:Strong understanding of Property Management IndustryExperience of dealing with or managing systems (experience of Tramps or other property management systems essential).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.IT literate -Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.Numerate.Skills & Personal Qualities:Enthusiastic and self motivatedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritiseExcellent planning and time management skillsAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a teamGood work ethicEmphasis on quality and accuracy (attention to detail)Strong emphasis on controls and processesCushman & Wakefield is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
