This role involves providing a professional multi-skilled joinery service, ensuring excellent customer experience by adhering to health and safety regulations, organisational policies, and procedures.
Multi-skilled Joiners should have a core trade in either plastering or joinery, with experience across all trades for a 'first time fix'.
Responsibilities include:
1. Carrying out joinery and multi-skilled works in customers’ homes and empty properties.
2. Performing various multi-skilled tasks such as tiling, patch plastering, and minor plumbing.
3. Diagnosing and prioritising work activities and tasks, utilizing experience across trades.
4. Achieving a ‘first time fix’ through accurate diagnosis, multi-trade working, and effective supply chain relationships.
5. Providing excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and being responsive and reliable.
6. Updating PDA in real-time and communicating with planners regarding job status and customer availability.
Requirements:
1. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery/Carpentry.
2. Experience in multi-skilled joinery work.
3. Experience in a similar domestic role across all trades.
4. Sound knowledge of building, construction, and general maintenance.
5. Ability to diagnose and prioritise work activities.
6. Proficiency with IT systems (email, Word, Excel).
7. Valid driving licence.
8. This role is subject to a basic DBS check.
