Your Tasks
1. Lead the Production Team through effective planning, organisation, and support to achieve the required output, with the allocated resources, and meet quality standards.
2. Ensure routine activities such as TPM and quality checks are carried out.
3. Resolve issues working with support functions.
4. Support continuous improvement activities.
5. Train production operators to the required standards.
6. Operate in accordance with Brose Policies and Procedures.
7. Provide first-line technical response and resolve problems.
8. Support the Team Leader in process adherence.
9. Support team members' well-being.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience working in a high-volume automotive environment and ability to work under pressure.
* Role model behaviour.
* Understanding of Brose Basic rules.
* Good awareness of Health & Safety regulations.
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
