You will over see and be responsible for theassessment of the health and clinical needs of the patient,utilising clinical judgement supported by decision supportsoftware. The provision of advice and support to meet theidentified needs and where required the onward referral to otherservices. Working as a member of the 111 service team,collaboratively with colleagues across the service to ensure anexcellent level of service is provided topatients

* Enhanced DBS (within last3 years),
* Professional registration check (e.g.NMC / HCPC),
