National Account Manager – OOH
Hybrid with 2 days a week South East Office
Up to £56k plus £7k car allowance, bonus & benefits

The Role: National Account Manager – OOH
* Business Development & Channel Growth: Identify, target, and secure new commercial opportunities spanning OOH Channels (transport, food-to-go, coffee shops, leisure, workplace catering, education, etc) where their single serve proposition would deliver!
* Strategic Account Leadership: Lead and develop a portfolio of current OOH, Wholesale and Foodservice RTM customers, driving sales, market share, and profit growth across national and regional partners.
* Customer Partnership: Build strong, value-led relationships, creating joint business plans and tailored propositions supported by Category Management, Shopper Insights, and Brand teams to deliver best-in-class customer solutions.
* Commercial Ownership: Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and P&L understanding, translating insight into actionable, profitable recommendations.
The Ideal National Account Manager Candidate:
* Eager to Develop: Motivated by learning, progression, and continuous improvement.
* Passion for Branded Food & Drink: A genuine enthusiasm for operating within a branded FMCG environment.
* Proven OOH Channel experience: A track record operating at National Account Manager/ Business Development Manager level within a branded FMCG supplier
* Growth-Oriented Mindset: Entrepreneurial in approach, with a demonstrable history of identifying and converting new business opportunities.
* Customer-Centric: Highly skilled at building trusted partnerships by listening, understanding, and responding to customer needs.
