Project Manager - Remediation & Earthworks Salary: £95,000 - £100,000 per annum Competitive Package Location: Dartford, Kent (M25 East Corridor) Contract: Permanent Atkinson Baker Associates are currently recruiting a highly experienced Project Manager on behalf of a leading Multi-Disciplinary Civil Engineering & Remediation Contractor. The Client Our client is a powerhouse in the civil engineering and groundwork sectors, with a highly specialised and rapidly expanding remediation division. They deliver complex land remediation, earthworks, and enabling works on heavily contaminated brownfield sites across the South East. The Role We are looking for a commercially astute and technically strong Project Manager to take the reins on high-value remediation schemes. You will have full operational and commercial responsibility from site setup through to final validation. Project Delivery: Leading the safe and profitable delivery of complex soil/groundwater remediation and earthworks projects. Commercial Control: Managing project budgets, forecasts, and working closely with the commercial team to ensure profitability. Client Liaison: Acting as the principal point of contact for clients, regulatory bodies (e.g., Environment Agency), and key stakeholders. Leadership: Driving health, safety, and environmental compliance across the site, leading site management teams and specialist sub-contractors. Requirements Essential: Proven track record as a Project Manager specifically within the land remediation, earthworks, or complex enabling works sectors. Essential: SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Manager), and First Aid. Desirable: A degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. Location: Must be comfortably commutable to projects along the M25 East/Dartford corridor. What's on Offer Salary: £95,000 - £100,000 basic salary.
