Day-to-day responsibilities: Establishing and maintaining customer relationships by providing great customer service. Developing sales leads and scheduling appointments for insurance, taxes, and registration services. Educating customers on each type of insurance coverage and making recommendations based on their needs. Evaluating current insurance policies and recommending additional coverage when needed. Processing payments, renewals, and policy changes. Marketing and promoting our agency. Clerical duties: data entry, inbound/outbound calls, sending/receiving emails and faxes, etc. Requirements: The ideal Customer Service Sales Representative candidate will be self-motivated and take initiative to complete assigned tasks. Team player who comes into work every day with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Candidate must be willing to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License. Determined and open-minded to learning about insurance and how to achieve an excellent sales record. Preferred: Bilingual. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute. Availability: Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.
