Pay, benefits and more:
You’ll receive a salary of up to £28,000 per annum and receive 25 annual leave. What you’ll do on a typical day:
Administering HR related documentation, such as invite letters, maternity/paternity letters, on-boarding process of new employees, including induction process etc
* Ensuring the HR filing systems are maintained
* Maintaining and updating trackers including weekly and monthly reports
* Supporting the Managers and People Team with ER issues particular with low level complexity absence, disciplinary and grievance issues including advice, minute taking, supporting meeting and writing relevant correspondence
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Ideally, you’ll be currently working in a HR environment with some experience, or it may be that you’ve just completed or working towards your CIPD and you’re looking for the first step into the HR world
* You’ll be a confident communicator with the ability to communicate to a variety of stakeholders
* You’ll be proactive and have a solution driven approach
* Organised nature for handling employee records/files
