Role & responsibilities:
Assembling aerospace products and parts from drawings. You will be in a role that requires you to assemble small intricate parts and components, feeding wires into connectors, requiringexceptional dexterity and attention to detail.
Following listed instructions/measurements carefully
Working in a seated, designated area to complete orders and follow targets
Usage of magnification and specialised tools to complete orders,ensuring quality and performance standards are achieved.
Working hours:
Monday - Friday, 0730 -1600 (30 min unpaid break daily)
Once trained, you may have the option to condense your hours down, for example, to enable an earlyfinish on a Friday
Pay rate:
£12.78per hour
Time and a half paid after 40 hoursworked
The client are looking for candidates with a background within a similar role i.e. nail art, painting/drawing by numbers, building of model figures, computer/phone dismantling, sewing machine skills, etc. as well as the below skills:
Good attention todetail
Excellent communication skills
Be able to work well under pressure
Have a great attitude and work ethic
Great level of English reading
You will be required to attend your 1st interview in TBC Mansfield branch, where you shall complete a bespoke application form for the client.
