Your future, your role
As an Assistant Practice Manager, you'll be supporting the Practice Manager with:
* Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets.
* Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship.
* Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators.
* Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions.
