Casual Bar & Hospitality Team Member
We currently have an excellent opportunity to join our team at Uttoxeter Racecourse.
Uttoxeter Racecourse is one of the busiest racecourses within the Midlands, hosting many exciting race-days, including the Midlands Grand National.
Responsibilities:
* Serve customers efficiently, professionally, and courteously at all times.
* Ensure guests receive the highest standard of customer service.
* Promote a happy and welcoming atmosphere within the venue.
* Work independently or as part of a team to meet guests' needs to the highest standard.
* Keep work areas stocked with glassware, ice, condiments, and other supplies.
* Serve food and beverages knowledgeably, and perform cleaning duties as required.
* Maintain cleanliness of work and public areas before, during, and after opening hours.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Perform other duties as required by management.
