Regional Health and Safety Advisor
Location: Kent, UK
Shirley Parsons has exclusively partnered with a leading retailer to appoint a Regional Health and Safety Advisor. This is a permanent, home-based position with frequent regional travel covering Kent and South East London, supporting various retail sites. You will be part of a broader Health and Safety team, promoting a positive safety culture and providing leadership, guidance, and advice.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct audits, inspections, and investigate accidents/incidents.
2. Design and deliver Health & Safety training programs.
3. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Assist senior management in developing and implementing H&S strategies, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Legal right to work in the UK and a full driving license.
2. NEBOSH or equivalent Health and Safety qualification.
3. Experience in retail, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
