You will be responsible for managing all aspects of Board and committee-level meetings, including agenda planning, accurate minute taking, and action tracking. Additional duties include complex diary management, liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the smooth and professional running of the Corporate Secretariat.
Reporting to the Deputy Company Secretary, you will work as part of a supportive and high-performing team and may be asked to provide cover for other Directors when required.
