Role Description
The Sprinkler Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of sprinkler systems, ensuring all work adheres to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising a team of technicians, scheduling and assigning tasks, reviewing blueprints, managing materials, and maintaining compliance with fire safety regulations. The Supervisor will also manage on-site inspections, address client concerns, and provide technical support to team members. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in the Midlands.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of sprinkler systems, including Residential (BS 9251) and Commercial (BS EN 12845) standards
* Experience with dry and wet riser systems (BS9990), and a thorough understanding of fire safety regulations
* Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to delegate and manage tasks effectively
* Competence in reviewing technical blueprints, providing on-site troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with project specifications
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
* Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in fire safety, sprinkler systems, or construction
* Familiarity with ISO standards, Constructionline, and SSIP or CQMS certifications is highly advantageous
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to address client needs professionally
* A valid UK driver’s license is required
* Willingness to work on-site in the Midlands region
