Key Responsibilities
1. Provide a friendly and professional service to guests during the night shift.
2. Assist with late check-ins and early check-outs when required.
3. Respond to guest requests promptly
4. Carry out regular security and safety checks around the hotel.
5. Ensure public areas remain clean and tidy throughout the night.
6. Set up meeting rooms or breakfast areas for the following day.
7. Monitor entrances and ensure only authorised access to the hotel.
8. Handle guest enquiries and resolve minor issues during the night shift.
9. Report maintenance issues or incidents to the duty manager.
