Established in 1969, Autosigns is a leading supplier of POS, retail, and display solutions to the used car market. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator / Sales Support Assistant to join our team. This role will work closely with Account Managers, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
* Maintain accurate records on the company CRM system, ensuring all customer details and notes are up to date
* Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them appropriately and ensuring prompt follow-up
* Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
* Process customer orders diligently, ensuring correct product information and delivery times are recorded
* Support with general office duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and managing correspondence
* Liaise with customers professionally to handle queries, order issues, and complaints
* Assist in organising diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team when required
* Contribute to team events, projects, and initiatives to support company growth

You Will

* Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Be competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
* Be proactive, adaptable, and willing to take initiative in daily tasks
* Enjoy being part of a team but also able to work independently
* Be punctual, reliable, and capable of prioritising workload effectively
* Possess a professional, positive, and courteous manner
