Team Leader required for an immediate start within the Recruitment Shared Services team in Armagh. This role is to join an expanding team within the Trust to assist with current recruitment demands. This post is initially temporary for 4 months with the possibility of extension. The pay rate for these roles will be £15.33 per hour for 37.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday 9am 5pm ( with the opportunity for x2 days of hybrid working after training). In this role you will be responsible for leading a team who is dedicated to Recruitment and Selection with the Health and Social Care recruitment in a fast paced centre. You will be the first point of contact for candidates and to ensure that the Health Service runs smoothly.
