Customer Service Agent - B2B Duties: As a Customer Service Business Agent, you will support our business customers across the renowned House of Rohl and Aqualisa brands. Your key responsibilities include managing customer enquiries related to order status, stock, pricing, and product information, ensuring smooth communication throughout the order process, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with internal teams to optimise customer satisfaction. Your role will involve handling complaints, supporting returns, and contributing to operational efficiency to enhance our reputation for quality and service.
