As a VIP Travel Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for elite travellers, managing travel requests via phone, email, and other channels. This position operates on a 24/7 support model, requiring ongoing monitoring of flights to ensure VVIP passengers arrive safely and are seamlessly met by their pre-arranged ground transport.This role involves handling complex itineraries, offering tailored travel consultation, and thinking creatively to deliver smooth and exceptional experiences—even when plans shift unexpectedly.You may also be required to support private jet arrangements, liaising with operators and coordinating bespoke aviation requirements for high-profile clients.
