We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and conscientious Administrator to provide administrative and technical support to our advice team by producing valuation reports, supporting information for meetings and correspondence, and assisting with the implementation of recommendations.
This is an essential role in supporting our advice team and an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys attention to detail, organisation and working within efficient administrative processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Preparing client valuation reports and meeting packs
· Assembling supporting documentation and research for suitability reports
· Ensuring all materials are accurate, compliant, and professionally presented
· Assisting with the implementation of advice and recommendations
· Submitting applications, fund switches, withdrawals, and other instructions to providers and platforms
· Tracking progress of instructions and liaising with providers to ensure timely completion
· Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring systems are kept up to date
· Working closely with advisers to understand requirements for upcoming meetings and reports
· Preparing quotes and gathering information from providers for analysis
· Providing general administrative support across the advice process.

· A strong understanding of data protection and a commitment to maintaining and protecting client confidentiality.

Contract details:
* This is a permanent role for the right candidate. There will be a probationary period of three months.
