Job Description
* Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy
* Lead the creation of engaging content across multiple channels
* Coordinate customer communications, ensuring consistency and clarity
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies
* Providing guidance and support to internal teams
* Ensure all communications adhere to regulations
* Work closely with other departments to align messaging and objectives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Communications Manager should have:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector
* Strong leadership abilities
* Proficiency in digital and social media
* Experience in crisis communications and reputation management
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* A creative and strategic thinker
