A well-established regional law firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its Land & Property Dispute Resolution team with a focus on agricultural matters.
This role involves handling a varied caseload of property dispute work, with particular emphasis on agricultural and rural property issues. You will provide practical, client-focused advice, draft legal documents, attend hearings and meetings, and support the development of the team while working collaboratively with colleagues.
Key requirements:
* Experience in property litigation or dispute resolution
* Interest or experience in agricultural property disputes
* Ability to manage files with appropriate supervision
* Strong communication, organisational and client-facing skills
* Good understanding of real property, landlord and tenant, and related dispute areas
