We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEND Tutor to join our team at Hampshire Achieves. This is a part:time role (3 days per week) delivering high:quality, inclusive learning opportunities to young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across Hampshire.

What you'll do:
:Plan and deliver tailored learning programmes that meet the individual needs of SEND learners.
:Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external agencies to support learner progress and wellbeing.
:Design and implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), identifying gaps in knowledge and providing tailored support in literacy, numeracy, and digital skills.
:Travel across Hampshire to deliver sessions in various settings, ensuring accessibility and consistency of support.
:Contribute to learner reviews, EHCP targets, and progression planning.
What we're looking for:
:Proven experience working with SEND learners in an educational or training setting.
:Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and person:centred approaches.
:Ability to travel county:wide and manage a flexible schedule.
:Excellent communication and organisational skills.
