Claims Handler – Bristol (Hybrid)

I’m working with a growing, well-backed MGA in Bristol that’s continuing to expand its operations team following sustained business growth.

The Opportunity
You’ll join a high-performing operations team, managing claims from first notification through to settlement. The role offers a mix of technical learning, stakeholder interaction, and real ownership from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Handling claims from first notification through to resolution
* Assessing policy coverage and making settlement decisions
* Communicating clearly with customers and stakeholders throughout
* Gathering and reviewing documentation to support claims decisions
* Working closely with partners, insurers, and external specialists where needed
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance at all times
What They’re Looking For
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Any experience in insurance, claims, or customer service is beneficial – but not essential
