We are currently recruiting a Production Operator to join a well-established and busy manufacturing facility in Felinfach. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day running of the production line, ensuring high-quality output and efficient operations.
The Production Operator Role -
Operating production machinery and equipment.
Monitoring production lines to ensure smooth operation.
Conducting quality checks and reporting any defects or irregularities.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Completing basic maintenance tasks and reporting issues to supervisors.
Accurately recording production data and following company procedures.
The Ideal Production Operator Candidate -
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment and will demonstrate:
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights.
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Team player with good communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different production processes.
Understanding of health & safety and quality control standards.
