Would you like to learn to code or maybe travel to client sites in Europe?
If you have good SQL knowledge (selecting, updating & deleting), SQL scripting, functions, and stored procedures, and ideally an interest in coding (C#), then this could be the role for you.
The role/daily tasks include:
* Responding to, tracking incoming calls, emails, and helpdesk enquiries (Jira)
* Ensuring SLA response times are adhered to
* Performing SQL and .NET small development tasks — typically existing customer extensions/requests or fixes as a result of support calls
* Supporting various installations alongside developers and supporting the knowledge transfer from development to support team during hyper-care phases
The role is hybrid, with 3 days a week in the office, and includes a 24/7 support element, usually 2 days on and 10 days off.
The interview process involves two stages: a basic SQL test and a face-to-face meeting with the tech team.
