🔍 The Role
As a 360 Consultant at Accelero, you’ll:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — client development to placement
* Build and grow long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Win new business and develop existing accounts
* Work in a high-performance, supportive environment where standards matter
* Have the autonomy to do things properly — no micromanagement, no nonsense
👤 What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience as an agency recruiter in a 360 role
* Proven ability to bill and build relationships
* Confident on the phone. Comfortable with business development
* Driven, accountable, and growth-minded
* Someone who wants to be part of a journey — not just their next job
