Job Description
As a member of the Customer Care team at McDonald's Shipley, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service experiences for all customers. You'll be responsible for addressing customer enquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive atmosphere within the restaurant. Your primary objective will be to uphold McDonald's commitment to delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves working various shifts including mornings, days, evenings, nights, and weekends, with shifts starting as early as 7 am and finishing as late as 1 am.
Main Responsibilities
1. Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant.
2. Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations.
3. Answer enquiries regarding menu items, promotions, and pricing.
4. Process orders accurately and efficiently, paying attention to special requests and dietary restrictions.
5. Handle cash and electronic transactions, maintaining accuracy in cash handling procedures.
6. Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
8. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area and service stations.
9. Monitor and restock condiments, napkins, and other supplies as needed.
10. Follow sanitation and hygiene protocols according to McDonald's standards.
11. Assist with cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces.
12. Work cooperatively with colleagues to provide efficient service.
13. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt order preparation.
14. Support colleagues during busy periods.
15. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
16. Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
17. Engage courteously with customers, showing genuine interest in their needs.
18. Seek feedback to improve the dining experience.
19. Promote McDonald's loyalty programs, promotions, and offers.
