An HR Advisor is wanted to join a growing manufacturing company in North Tyneside.
Working in a standalone role supporting the senior leadership team, you’ll be taking a key role in implementing HR strategy & good practice.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in a changing or evolving business environment
Exposure to change management and supporting teams through business transformation would be beneficial
Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
A hands-on, proactive and pragmatic approach
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting senior leadership to implement HR strategy
Supporting employees, ensuring clear communication
Administer ER, providing guidance to managers on handling performance & capability concerns
Support succession planning and upskilling initiatives
Support recruitment and onboarding efforts to bring in new talent aligned with the company’s future direction.
Provide HR metrics and insights to inform decision-making.
