Site Project Manager
Join Millbank Holdings Ltd as a Site Project Manager on a nationally significant, highly regulated infrastructure project. You will lead the on‑site execution, ensuring safety, quality, and stakeholder collaboration while driving the project to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of the construction phase, coordinating multiple contractors and interfaces.
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
* Plan, schedule, and manage risks, budgets, and resources to keep the project on time and within budget.
* Report progress, engage stakeholders, and interface with regulatory bodies.
* Lead and develop site teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects, ideally within energy or regulated industrial sectors.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, regulatory standards, and legislative requirements.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, coordinating multiple interfaces and subcontractors.
* Robust knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations with a track record of maintaining compliance.
* Exceptional communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder engagement.
* Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving project demands.
Qualifications & Certifications
* Experience on nuclear or highly regulated industrial projects.
* Familiarity with construction management software and reporting tools.
* Certifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) or project management (e.g., PMP).
* Knowledge of NEC Contracts.
Preferred Education & Experience
* Relevant degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a site‑based project management role with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

* Availability for site‑based work at the project location.
* Commitment to maintaining rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Possession of relevant certifications and regulatory compliance documentation.
