Miriam Primary Care Group are looking to recruit a hard working Medical Receptionist who will work towards an Apprenticeship for Customer Service Practitioner L2 within their well established, experienced and friendly practices in Birkenhead and Wallasey.

£14,526.20 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
* Filing and photocopying
* General housekeeping duties such as maintaining notice boards, making refreshments and opening mail
* Answering the telephone
* Once trained on the practice computer system, will be required to make appointments, data input and scanning
* Working with a variety of customers/patients in person and by telephone
* Dealing with customers'/patients' enquiries and issues in a professional manner
* Dealing with customers/patients with particular needs

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
* English (grade 4)
* Maths (grade 4)
