Your Key Responsibilities

11. Review customer releases. Maintain SAP order intake system. Enter customer sales orders and run reports in SAP.
12. Identify and report any significant changes in customer demand.
13. Respond to customer inquiries. Answer or obtain answers to these inquiries.
14. Complete expedite sheets and arrange expedites when necessary.
15. Prepare and transmit shipping notices as required by external customers
16. Maintain customer websites in adherence to customer specifications.
17. Review customer delivery performance web information and dispute lost points as required.
18. Act as a liaison between Schaeffler and the customer in promoting and coordination the customer’s requirement internally.
19. Process customer purchase orders to delivery.
20. Maintain departmental records and files.
21. Invoice ales orders per the PO requirements.
22. Prepare all customs documentation.
23. Prepare Quality documentation related to the release of the PO.

Your Qualifications

24. College/ university education in customer service, production scheduling/ planning or a related discipline.
25. Three years in customer service or related disciplines.
26. The incumbent must have strong planning, organizing and presentation skills.
27. Knowledgeable of customs related rules, regulations and procedures.
28. Computer literacy, basic understanding of business administration, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and multi-task oriented.
29. Customer service skills.
