Overview

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
You will assist the Commercial Team by assessing subcontractor applications, processing payments, negotiating commercial issues, helping with tender applications and preparing monthly valuations, reports and variations.
Graduate Programme
The programme lasts two years and offers a tailored development pathway aligned to your discipline. You will attend virtual and in-person events across the two years to hone business, leadership and technical skills through professional accreditation.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2.2 Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
* Good IT skills and ability to use Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
* Strong organization, time management and communication skills
* Driving licence or actively working towards achieving one
