About the Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Sales Office Team Leader to guide our busy Sales Support team. You will be part of a dynamic team and play a key role in driving exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting our commercial strategy as we continue to expand.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and support our internal sales team.
* Oversee daily sales office operations, ensuring tasks are prioritised and completed efficiently.
* Act as the main escalation point for customer queries and complex orders.
* Monitor team KPIs and individual performance, providing regular feedback and training.
* Ensure accurate processing of orders, quotations and documentation.
* Adopt a proactive approach in seeking new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the customer base and revenue.
* Work closely with the Sales Director and wider commercial team to support sales targets.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and customer experience.
* Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay informed about pricing, promotions and procedures.
* Produce reports and updates for senior management when required.
About You
* Experience leading or supervising a customer service or internal sales team.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide others.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident in managing workloads, deadlines and unexpected challenges.
* Strong customer service focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
* Competent using CRM systems, ERP/order processing systems and MS Office.
* A positive, solution-oriented approach and willingness to improve processes.
