What You’ll Be Doing * Lead empowered product teams across multiple domains, aligning channels into a seamless service experience. * Own the full service lifecycle—from discovery and design to delivery and continuous improvement. * Represent your service at the highest levels, engaging with NHS Wales, Welsh Government, and UK-wide health stakeholders. * Mentor and advise product professionals, building capability and confidence across teams. * Champion a product-led culture, growing the Service Owner community and embedding best practice across DHCW. What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as a Product Leader, Service Owner, or Head of Product in digital delivery. * Ability to align technology, operations, policy and process to deliver safe, effective, and sustainable services. * Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence operating at executive and system-wide levels. * A strategic mindset with a relentless focus on user needs, outcomes, and continuous improvement What This Role Is Not * Not a traditional project or programme manager role. * No rigid task lists or stage gates—this is service leadership, focused on solving real problems and delivering lasting impact.
