🏢 About the Role
You’ll manage electrical installation and compliance contracts from start to finish — overseeing engineers, programmes, budgets, and client relationships.
You’ll be the key link between site, office, and client, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Manage electrical projects from mobilisation through to completion
* Plan labour, materials, and programmes of work
* Lead and support electrical engineers on-site
* Ensure projects meet KPIs, budgets, and deadlines
* Act as the main client contact and attend key meetings
* Oversee health & safety (RAMS, site checks, compliance)
* Handle escalations, problem-solving, and project delivery
* Support pricing and tendering for new work
👷 What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Electrician (essential)
* Experience managing electrical contracts/projects
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Good understanding of BS7671 & electrical regulations
* Experience with social housing or compliance work (desirable)
* Confident communicator with clients and internal teams
