About the role
We are looking to appoint a creative, pro-active and commercially driven Digital Marketing Executive on a 12-month fixed term contract to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that drive high quality lead generation, enhance brand presence and engage our target audience. A key part of the role involves working closely with the Digital Marketing agency, overseeing delivery, and working collaboratively to ensure all digital activity delivers strong results.
Key responsibilities include:
5. Plan and deliver targeted digital activity that supports wider integrated campaigns, across all key channels such as paid search, display advertising, paid and organic social, SEO, email marketing, and the website.
6. Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and report on ROI, providing clear insights and optimisation recommendations.
7. Manage the digital customer journey, optimising engagement, and increasing conversion rates.
8. Act as the primary day to day contact for the Digital Marketing agency - ensuring their activity meets performance expectations and delivers best value.
9. Oversee and constructively challenge the agency’s recommendations, holding them accountable for results whilst maintaining a productive, insight-led partnership.
10. Work closely with our Digital Marketing agency to manage PPC, SEO, paid social and programmatic advertising, ensuring consistency.
11. Maintain and enhance all company websites, ensuring content is correct, engaging, and up to date at all times.
12. Ensure digital marketing spend is well-managed and delivers measurable return on investment, with regular reporting to the Head of Marketing.
13. Lead the creation and scheduling of organic social media content, ensuring consistent brand presence and engagement across platforms.
14. Attend quarterly review meetings with the Digital Marketing agency, presenting performance insights and agreeing next steps to maximise ROI.
15. Ensure third-party platforms such as estate agent listings, property portals, and partner websites are accurately and effectively promoting Churchill Living.
16. Manage externally produced video content and contribute to the creation of in-house video assets for use on social media and other digital platforms.
17. Manage and maintain the call tracking platform, providing regular insights and data analysis.
18. Oversee the management of the companies website server provider, alongside the IT department, ensuring it’s optimised to reduce the amount of down time.
About you
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
19. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, email, and social
20. Excellent analytical skills with experience using digital reporting tools
21. Strong communication skills with an eye for creative content and messaging
22. Effective organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders
