Area Sales Manager – Construction (Sanitary Wear)

With a strong UK presence and consistent double-digit growth, the company is looking for ambitious Area Sales Managers to drive technical sales and business development across key regions.

Key Responsibilities
In this field-based role, you’ll take full ownership of your region, managing sales activity and supporting projects from initial design to completion. You will:
* Promote technical product solutions to architects, specifiers, M&E engineers, installers, contractors, and building owners
* Track and influence key construction projects across all stages, from specification through to delivery
* Provide product training and demonstrations to clients, distributors, and project stakeholders
* Grow and maintain a network of loyal professional distributors
* Deliver consistent business development activity and achieve sales targets in your assigned territory
* Plan, prioritise, and organise customer visits and project follow-ups
* Act as a technical advisor and trusted partner to clients across sectors
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking experienced and proactive professionals who enjoy selling high-spec technical products and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will:
* Have 3+ years' experience in a technical sales or area sales manager role (preferably in construction, plumbing, HVAC, or building materials)
* Be commercially driven with strong project-following skills and a customer-first approach
* Be confident engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including specifiers, installers, and procurement teams
* Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and self-discipline in managing their region effectively
* Have excellent communication and presentation skills, both face-to-face and remotely
* Be technically curious and eager to learn through hands-on experience and training
* Possess a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel frequently within the region
