We are currently seeking a friendly, self-motivated and outgoing individual to work on Tuesdays 16.00-20.00 + Friday & Saturdays 09.00-17.00 in our Homestay team. You will be assisting in all aspects of our host family recruitment process but mainly telemarketing and recruitment stalls.
You should be able to take initiative, catch people's attention, and like working in a fun and fast-moving team.
Specifications
We are looking for a service minded and enthusiastic team player. You are driven by clear results and do not hesitate to walk the extra mile in order to reach your set targets. Your responsibilities will be mainly recruitment but will also include but not be limited to:
1. Communicating with host families through meetings, phone, email and face to face
2. Telemarketing
3. Working in our CRM system
4. Participation in fairs, events & street action stalls to generate leads
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Candidate Requirements:
* Friendly and able to quickly build a rapport
* Sales & Customer Service Experience
* Confident on the phone and in person
* Happy to work outdoors come rain or shine
* Committed and reliable
