Are you ready to take your event management skills to the next level in a role that truly matters?
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Events Lead to join our Psychotherapeutic Team and help create unforgettable experiences for the children and families we support on a temporary basis of up to 12 months.
In this rewarding role, you’ll take the lead on planning and delivering a vibrant calendar of both virtual and in-person Family Events. Working closely with our dedicated Nursing Care, Family Liaison, Creative Therapies, and Bereavement Teams, you’ll ensure every event is meaningful, memorable, and delivered with care.
What You’ll Bring:
•Proven leadership and event management experience—ideally within the charity or healthcare sector.
•A creative, proactive mindset with a sharp eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•A collaborative approach, ready to work with internal teams and external partners to bring family events to life.
•Sensitivity and discretion when handling confidential and emotional situations.
In this role your work will have a direct impact on families navigating some of life’s most challenging moments. You’ll be part of a supportive, compassionate team that values innovation, empathy, and excellence.
If you're looking for a new challenge where your creativity and leadership can make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
Please note this role is a part time position of 27 hours per week on a temporary basis for up to 12 months across Monday to Friday and the occasional weekends and evenings will be required.
