Client\n\n Local Authority in Hounslow\n\nJob Title\n\n PART TIME-Customer Service Officer/Receptionist\n\nPay Rate\n\n £16.55 an hour PAYE\n\nHours\n\n PART TIME- 20 Hours a week.Monday to Friday, 9am-1pm\n\nDuration\n\n Initial 6 Month Contract\n\nLocation\n\n FULLY OFFICE BASED-Hounslow 5 days a week House,7 Bath Road\n\nDescription\n\nSpecific accountabilities for the role /main duties reception\n\nEnsure the best possible visitor experience by welcoming everyone who enters Hounslow House acting as a first point of contact for resident enquiries.\n\nAssist in the provision of information and assistance to all visitors to Hounslow House\n\nSupport residents with queries /signposting\n\nUse of the reception qmatic system to log all visitors *will be trained on this\n\nWork in collaboration with all Council services and organisations\n\nTop things about you \n\nYou will be a role model for our values, creating the conditions for our people and residents to succeed.\n\nYou will demonstrate the ability to work flexibly to provide support across the team as required, e.g. responding to the needs of the business in order to meet peaks and troughs in workloads. You will have excellent communication skills and be used to dealing with enquires from both internal and external residents across multiple channels.
