Based in our Finance department at our Glasgow Head Office, the Credit Control Administrator will support the Credit Control Team by opening new accounts, actioning queries, processing incoming correspondence, resolving queries, ensuring credit is raised within company guidelines and performing general administrative duties. This fast‑paced, high‑volume role requires an adaptable, detail‑oriented professional.
About You
* Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within a Credit Control team
* Effective communication skills with the ability to work within a fast‑paced team environment
* Strong attention to detail, prioritisation and organisational skills
* Proficient within MS Office Packages, specifically Excel and Word
