Key Responsibilities include:
* 1st and 2nd fix duties such as ironmongery repairs, kitchen installations, door fitting, glazing, and general joinery works.
* Working on void and tenanted properties.
* Providing courteous service to clients and tenants.
* Following the instructions of the site supervisor.
* Maintaining health and safety standards and using appropriate safety equipment.
* Leaving work areas clean and tidy.
* Completing and submitting relevant documentation accurately and promptly.
* Adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Performing other duties as required.
Essential Requirements:
* Time served or appropriately qualified with relevant experience.
* Proficiency in 1st & 2nd fix joinery.
* High level of experience in minor building and maintenance joinery services.
* Valid CSR Card.
* Availability for Out of Hours callouts on a rotational basis.
* Full driving license.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
* Experience in the social housing sector.
* Working at Heights Harness training.
* Good communication skills.
* Experience with PVC flooring and ceramic wall tiling.
* Ability to use PDA, smartphones, or mobile working devices.
