Saturday Viewings Agent Reporting to: Senior Associate Director & Head of Residential Sales Role Objectives To undertake viewings on residential properties. To provide the highest level of customer service to all Clients. To promote and develop excellent professional relationships with Clients. To identify and create opportunities for market appraisals, alternative viewings and additional business. Main Duties Undertaking viewings with potential applicants and spotting opportunities to cross-sell other suitable properties to buyers. Promoting the main features of each property Encouraging offers, second viewings or alterative properties to view. Identifying other business/valuation opportunities Building rapport with Clients to fully understand their specific property requirements. Undertaking Open Houses Providing feedback to the sales teams and updating viewing notes on Reapit. Identifying issues with properties and reporting back to the team. To obtain honest feedback at the end of each viewing. Efficient use of Reapit sales software, ensuring information entered accurately Any other duties as determined by the Head of Residential Sales.
