Who are we?
Hydraquip is the UK’s largest independent onsite hose replacement company, offering a 24/7, 365-day service nationwide. Established over 30 years ago, we are planning further growth, with approximately 150 service vans currently in operation. In 2023, we are investing £2m to add 50 new mobile service vans, upgrade our existing fleet, and expand our team. Our experienced hydraulic engineers achieve a success rate of over 99% on first-time repairs. We also utilize market-leading technology, including a customer portal for booking and tracking services with real-time updates.
To support our growth, we are recruiting additional team members in the Lisburn area.
A day in the life of a Hydraquip Mobile Engineer:
Each day begins with vehicle safety checks. You may then head directly to your working area if no pre-planned jobs are scheduled. Your role involves responding quickly to customer breakdowns, minimizing downtime, and using our Hydraquip Job Manager App to update job progress. On-site, you will demonstrate your industry knowledge, work to find optimal solutions, and maintain high service standards. You will liaise with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
You will also:
* Report job progress via the Hydraquip app and update customer orders.
* Maintain and stock your van using the app, keeping it clean and well-organized.
* Participate in an on-call rota (usually one week in three), with standby paid, including night and weekend work if needed. Overtime pay is provided based on hours worked.
Who we are looking for:
We value each team member as a key contributor. We seek motivated, passionate individuals aiming to lead the UK’s 24/7 On Site Mobile Hose Services market.

* UK Driving Licence for at least 2 years is required.
* Self-motivated, punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent service.
What’s in it for you?
* Basic salary from £35k, up to £40k on target earnings.
* Uncapped bonus scheme with high earning potential.
* Enhanced overtime rates and on-call payments.
* Annual reviews and regular appraisals.
* Additional holiday purchase scheme.
